For Pros
Run the season.
Don't let it run you.
The operating system for pro processors. Check in a deer in 60 seconds, track every animal by its tag from cooler to freezer, and hand it back to the right hunter, paid.
Founding Processor rate: first 10 shops, locked for life.
Every animal. Every tag. Every pound. Accounted for.
Opening weekend
You know the week.
Truck beds at 9pm. Paper tags in a coffee can. A cut sheet written on a napkin. The cooler's full, and the same hunter has called four times to ask if his is ready. That's not a bad shop. That's November, run on paper.
The rush
A line out the door at check-in
Check in a deer in 60 seconds. Tag, species, weight, hunter, done.
Drop-offs after you close
The hunter checks in at the cooler door. It's on your board when you open.
Cut sheets on napkins and guesswork
The hunter fills the cut sheet on their own phone, from a QR code. You get it typed, every time.
“Which one is his?”
Every animal tracked by its tag: cooler, processing, freezer. You always know where it is.
The phone ringing all day
The hunter gets a “your deer is ready” message the moment it's packed.
Meat in the freezer, unpaid
Pickup and payment at the counter, logged against the tag.
The state paperwork at season’s end
Game records kept as you go, ready when the state asks.
Same week. Same deer. A shop that runs like the best one in the state.

01 · Station: Check-in
Check-in in 60 seconds
Tag number, species, hunter, phone, weight. One screen, big buttons, built for gloves and a line out the door. Print the tag or write it; it’s tracked either way.
Screen 01
The check-in form on a tablet on stainless. Demo data: TAG 0417 · WTD · 142 LB.
02 · Station: Drop-off
After-hours drop-off
Hunters bring deer at 2am. Now they check in at the cooler door with their phone, and the animal is on your board before you unlock.
Drop-off at 2am. Checked in before you open.
Screen 02
The drop-off check-in on a phone, with the QR sign it starts from.
03 · Station: Check-in
Cut sheets from the hunter’s phone
Scan the QR at the counter or the cooler door. The hunter picks steaks, roasts, grind and sausage on their own phone. You get a clean, typed cut sheet tied to the tag.
The cut sheet comes from their phone, not a napkin.
Screen 03
The QR cut sheet on a phone in a hunter’s hand at a tailgate.
04 · Station: Cooler → Processing → Freezer
Every animal tracked by tag
One board, every tag, every station. Move a tag from cooler to processing to freezer in a tap. Mix-ups are the worst day in this business. This is how you stop having them.
Screen 04
The tag board: three columns, cold-chain chips, about 12 demo tags.
05 · Station: Ready
“Your deer is ready”
When it’s packed, the hunter gets a message that it’s ready, with your hours and what’s owed. The phone stops ringing with “is mine ready yet?”
Screen 05
The ready message on a phone in a truck cab, green Ready chip.
06 · Station: Pickup
Pickup, payment and the state records
At the counter: look up the tag, take payment, hand over the right packages. Every animal’s record (hunter, tag, date, weight) is kept as you go. Your prices are built in, so the cut sheet and the ticket do the math.
Screen 06
The pickup screen with payment, a card reader beside butcher-paper packages.
Beef · Hogs · Goats · Sheep
Start with deer. Grow into the whole plant.
The same foundation runs a full plant: check-in, tags, cut sheets, cooler to freezer, pickup. A new species is a setting, not a software project.

Running a full plant? Let's talk →
Built in a real plant
Built in a real plant. Not a conference room.
ProcessorPilot started inside a working packing plant, on the plant's own forms: the check-in sheet, the cut sheet, the tag, the pickup ticket. It was built by people who've stood in the walk-in at 5am, not by a software company guessing what a processor needs.
Every screen does a job somebody was already doing on paper. It just does it faster, and it doesn't lose the paper.

Pricing
One price. No sales call. Pause it when the season ends.
Pay per animal, so a slow week costs a slow week's money. Off-season pause: $29/mo. Your records and setup stay.

A shop that checks in a few hundred deer a season.
| 3 months open × $99 | $297 |
| 9 months paused × $29 | $261 |
| 400 animals × $2 | $800 |
| A year | $1,358 |
| Per deer, all in | about $3.40 |
Assumes 3 months open and the rest paused.

Straight answers.
Do my hunters need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code and fill the cut sheet in their phone’s browser.
What if a hunter doesn’t have a smartphone?
Check them in at the counter and fill the cut sheet with them. Same tag, same record.
What does “per animal checked in” mean?
You pay $2 for each animal you check in. No animals that month, no animal fees. The base covers everything else.
What happens after deer season?
Pause your shop for $29/mo. Your records, cuts and prices stay put. Turn it back on when the next season opens.
I run a beef or hog plant, not just deer. Is this for me?
The same foundation runs a full plant: beef, hogs, goats, sheep. Tell us about your plant and we’ll set up a call.
